You did the planning.

Let me handle the logistics.

You enjoy the moment. I’ll manage everything happening behind the scenes. Scroll down to see why having a wedding day coordinator can make all the difference.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

Here’s what working with me looks like:

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Let’s start with a complimentary consultation to learn more about your wedding, where you are in the planning process, and what kind of support you’re looking for. We’ll talk through your needs and determine how wedding day coordination can best support you. Before our call, please have a list of your currently booked vendors available so we can review where things stand.

FINAL DETAILS MEETING

As your wedding approaches, we’ll meet to review and confirm your final vendor team, wedding-day details, and any outstanding logistics. I’ll create an organized vendor contact spreadsheet and reach out to each vendor to confirm arrival times, responsibilities, and the wedding-day schedule.

If you still need help building your wedding-day timeline, we can create and finalize that together so everyone knows exactly where they need to be and when.

Wedding Week Coordination

During the week of your wedding, I’ll complete final confirmations with your vendors, distribute the finalized timeline and contact information, and make sure everyone is aligned on arrival times, setup details, and responsibilities.

I’ll also be here for you. Wedding week can feel overwhelming, and part of my role is helping you feel calm, organized, and confident that the details are being handled.

Bonus: If your venue is within my service area, I can pick up designated wedding items from you the night before and deliver them to the venue — one less thing for you or your family to worry about on the wedding day!

With a Coordinator...

  • Vendors know exactly where to go and who to contact.

  • Your wedding party knows where they need to be and when.

  • Your ceremony is organized and ready to begin.

  • Your timeline is being managed behind the scenes.

  • Seating cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest book, and personal décor are placed and ready before your guests arrive.

  • Unexpected problems are handled discreetly.

  • Your family gets to be family — not staff.
